What Is In-Person Tutoring?

Meet with a tutor one-on-one at the Downtown or Southwest Learning Commons. Here is more information on In-Person Tutoring

What Is Online Tutoring?

The Learning Commons offers online tutoring so that you can work with a tutor from home or anywhere with an internet connection. We have three types of online tutoring available to you:

Live Video Tutoring. For help with any subject that we offer, you can meet with a tutor online using Blackboard Collaborate and talk face to face.

Submit It Tutoring. You can send math problems or your writing to a tutor and they’ll reply with written feedback.

Brainfuse Tutoring. Tutors from outside Jefferson are available to work with you online 24/7.

For more information on each type of online tutoring, navigate to their designated pages.
