Author's names should always be typed out unless the publication only uses initials.
When there is one author, type the author's last, a comma, first and middle names.

When there are two authors, begin with the first author's last name, a comma, first and middle names, a comma, the word "and" and then the second authors name in normal order.

When there are three or more authors, begin with the first author's last name, a comma, last and middle names, a comma, and all of the following author's names in normal order until the final author which is separated by a comma and the word "and."

Remember all words except for prepositions, articles, and conjunctions should be capitalized.
When the source is a book, the title should be in italics.

For most sources, such as articles, videos, and more, the title should be in quotation marks.

When the source is a book, after the title and the location of the publisher, a colon, and then the publisher's name.

When the source is a journal article, put the title of the journal in italics, then the volume number, the issue number in parenthesis, a colon and then the page numbers with no spaces, followed by a period. If you accessed the journal article online add the DOI or URL with a period at the end.
