The Learning Commons has a Discord, where anyone is welcome to request games purchases or game installs. You are also welcome to email jerica.lowe@kctcs.edu or JF-eSports@kctcs.edu with any purchase or install requests.
Purchase
To request a purchase, please list the title, publisher/creator, date, and type of game. If it's a video game and on more than one system, please include the system.
If you leave off any information we will do our best. A librarian will reply to your message as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate student requests.
Install
To request an install, please list the title, system, and the date/time you plan to play.
We will try our best to have the install done by the time you get here. However, please keep in mind download times. If you request a 2 hour download 5 minutes before you plan to arrive — sadly we are not time wizards and we may not be able to accommodate your request. A check mark response will be added to your Discord post when the install is finished. If you requested via email, we will reply when the install is completed.
