You can find Learning Commons information, book recommendations and so much more on JCTC's social media.
Locate videos in the library catalog by clicking on the Video Resources link located on the library home page.
Type your search term in the box followed by the word video recording. For example: Cooking AND video recording. By capitalizing the word AND, you only get video recordings that are about cooking.
Click on any of the following links to access free online videos!
The library subscribes to an educational video service that can be viewed on any computer with Internet access. Go to the Library home page, click on Video Resources, then click on Films on Demand, or just click on the following link.
Videos may include a history of food, profiles of chefs, cooking techniques.
Use search terms like cooking, cuisine, food, chef, etc.
