What is Brainfuse Tutoring?

Brainfuse offers 24/7 online tutoring from the company’s tutors. These tutors are not from Jefferson.

There are three types of Brainfuse tutoring:

  • Live Help. Chat (with or without video) with a tutor.
  • Writing Lab. Submit your writing, and get written feedback.
  • Send Question. Send in a quick question, and get a written response.

Use your Jefferson email and password to log in to Brainfuse.

If you have run out of time on Brainfuse, please email Jessica Newman, dean of the Learning Commons and co-director of tutoring, at jessica.newman@kctcs.edu.

Dropping in for Live Help

You don’t need an appointment—just drop in! You will choose the subject you need help with, and then you’ll be connected with an online tutoring. You can communicate using chat, audio, and/or video.

To communicate using video, you need to enable that option. To enable the video option, select “Preferences" in the Live Help box.
