Brainfuse offers 24/7 online tutoring from the company’s tutors. These tutors are not from Jefferson.
There are three types of Brainfuse tutoring:
Use your Jefferson email and password to log in to Brainfuse.

If you have run out of time on Brainfuse, please email Jessica Newman, dean of the Learning Commons and co-director of tutoring, at jessica.newman@kctcs.edu.
You don’t need an appointment—just drop in! You will choose the subject you need help with, and then you’ll be connected with an online tutoring. You can communicate using chat, audio, and/or video.
To communicate using video, you need to enable that option. To enable the video option, select “Preferences" in the Live Help box.
