Bring your quick tech questions to the Tech Lab. Stop by anytime during lab hours, no appointment needed!

You can also download our guide to using the Learning Commons Tech Lab below.

Our Tech Lab tutors can help with

• Blackboard
• Microsoft Office, including email
• Basic computer navigation
• Setting up your User Account or resetting your JCTC password

We can't help with course content (including CIT) or student self-service accounts and tasks.

If you want longer, in-depth help, then scheduling a one-on-one tutoring session is the best fit.

You can also get help by stopping by one of the in-person tutoring locations:

• Downtown: 2nd floor of Smith Library (near the elevator)
• Southwest: 1st floor of Learning Commons/Library (toward the back)
